Returns and Refund

For any reason, the customer can return the order, in whole or in part. Items can be returned for reasons concerning size/color/other within 14 business days from package delivery.


RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS


The Customer is kindly invited to carefully follow carusomenswear.com's return policy, briefly summarized below.

The return procedure can be activated by following this link and completing the following steps:

  1. In the Email field, enter the email address with which the order was placed.
  2. The system will send a 6-digit verification code to the entered email address.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code sent via email.
  4. Click on the order for which you want to make a return.
  5. Click on "Request return".
  6. If an order contains multiple products, select the ones you want to return and then click "Request return".

Within the next 24/48 hours you will receive authorization from our Customer Service.

Once you have obtained return authorization from us:

  1. Print the label you received via email with the return confirmation.
  2. Contact the courier.
  3. Deliver the package.
  4. Share the shipment tracking number via email: info@carusomenswear.com.

IMPORTANT: Please note that shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Items must be returned in their original condition, well packed and with the return label still attached.


Returned items must not have been worn (except for fitting), washed or altered.

Items must be returned with their original label, packaging and other accessories (dust bag and covers, etc.) received in the box. Accessories must be returned in their original packaging which must not be damaged or altered or used as a shipping box.

In case of a defective or incorrect item due to an error attributable to carusomenswear.com, the customer is requested to follow the same return instructions. Additionally, the customer is requested to attach detailed images demonstrating the defect or error. In these cases, shipping costs and tax charges will be borne by carusomenswear.com.

Returns must be packed in the same box sent by carusomenswear.com, and must include a copy of the invoice inside.

Shipping costs for items to be returned are borne by the customer.

Any duties and taxes related to the import of the box are always borne by the customer.

The return authorized by carusomenswear.com must be shipped from the same shipping country to which carusomenswear.com sent the package.

carusomenswear.com reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been duly authorized or sent in non-compliance with carusomenswear.com's return policy. In these cases, carusomenswear.com may return the box to the sender at the original shipping address and no refund will be issued.


MAXIMUM DEADLINE FOR COMPLETING THE RETURN


Once the return request is approved, the customer has a maximum of 20 calendar days to complete the product shipment and provide Caruso with the tracking number, as indicated in the instructions received.
After this deadline, if the order has not been returned nor any communication received from the customer, Caruso reserves the right to definitively cancel the return procedure, resulting in the forfeiture of the right to return and refund.


REFUND


In the event that the customer requests a refund for returned items, the credit note will be issued on the same day the package is returned to our warehouse, and only after quality control of the items.


For orders placed with credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next card statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card issuing company, this time generally requires up to 20 business days.


The refund is made in the same currency as the original order. Any difference in the refunded amount may depend on currency exchange rate variations and will not be refunded.
