ORDER PROCESSING


carusomenswear.com reserves the right to refuse an order if the online payment processing platform does not obtain approval from the customer's bank. Once an order consisting of available items has been placed, the order and any other information provided cannot be modified. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

carusomenswear.com reserves the right to delay any shipment in the event that carusomenswear.com cannot properly process orders for reasonable reasons that are not relevant to carusomenswear.com's control. Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, delays in order processing may occur.

carusomenswear.com reserves the right to refuse to fulfill orders and/or services at any time.


ORDER STATUS


In the Order section, by accessing your personal area and clicking on each order, the tracking number will be visible.

carusomenswear.com suggests customers visit the UPS website to track their order status.


PROMOTIONAL CODES


Customers who receive a PROMO CODE via newsletter, social networks, or an authorized website can enter the PROMO CODE in the designated area on the checkout page.

Each PROMO CODE has a specific duration, non-extendable and usable only once.


Shipping and Delivery


SHIPPING METHODS


carusomenswear.com delivers packages via UPS Express. According to current international trade regulations, an official invoice will be included in the package, along with the merchandise. The invoice will show the total amount of goods purchased in the same currency as the original order. Additionally, the invoice will show the amount for each item purchased.


Orders consisting of available items, subject to confirmation of their availability and verification of the banking transaction, will be fulfilled the business day following order placement.


The amount of transactions made with credit cards or via Paypal will be settled only during order processing.


Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, delays in order processing may occur.


DELIVERY TIME


carusomenswear.com fulfills orders from Italy, Forlì-Cesena from Monday to Friday. carusomenswear.com processes orders the day after the order is placed or the next available business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

carusomenswear.com ships packages via UPS Express. carusomenswear.com cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions, customs inspections, and other circumstances irrelevant to carusomenswear.com's control.

Below are the estimated delivery times, divided by geographical area:

  • Europe: 3 business days
  • North America: 4 business days
  • Rest of the world: 6 business days

The indicated timeframes are to be considered approximate and may vary based on the specific destination and logistical conditions.



SHIPPING COSTS


Below are the shipping costs for each specific geographical area.


Please note that in the event that, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, the shipping costs and import taxes related to the automatic return of the package to the sender will be borne by the customer.

This amount will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Please note that customers must take care of any duties and taxes. Customers will pay this amount to the courier, according to the procedure recommended by the courier itself.


SHIPMENT TRACKING


When the order is delivered to the courier, customers will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number related to the order.

To track the order status, customers can visit the official UPS website https://www.ups.com/it/it/Home.page and enter the tracking number in the designated "Track your shipment" area.


SHIPPING INSURANCE


carusomenswear.com insures every shipment against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to customers.

Once the package reaches its final destination, the merchandise is no longer covered by this insurance.


DELIVERY


Upon delivery, the customer is kindly invited to carefully examine the package before signing and confirming receipt of the same.

carusomenswear.com carefully seals packages with customized tape featuring the carusomenswear.com logo.



If the customer receives a package that has been opened by customs or the courier for authorized inspections, the package will be closed with adhesive tape as a warranty seal.


If the package appears damaged, or the tape is not intact, the customer is kindly invited at the time of signing for receipt of the package to add the note "Received unchecked," or to refuse delivery of the package.

In the event that the package is damaged, customers are kindly invited to open a claim at the local UPS office and promptly contact carusomenswear.com at the email address info@carusomenswear.com.


If the package is not intact and the customer signs for delivery without the notation "Received unchecked," delivery will be automatically considered accepted and consequently carusomenswear.com will not accept any related claims.



FAILED DELIVERY


By placing an order, the customer establishes a commercial relationship with carusomenswear.com and commits to accepting delivery of the package related to the order placed. If the package cannot be delivered to the indicated shipping address due to reasons attributable to the customer's lack of cooperation (incorrect telephone number, incorrect or wrong shipping address, absent recipient), or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender carusomenswear.com in Italy at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duties and taxes; the amount will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.
