Returns and Refund

For any reason, the customer can return the order, in whole or in part. Items can be returned for a size/color exchange or refund within 14 working days of delivery of the package.


RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS


The Customer is kindly invited to scrupulously follow the return policy of carusomenswear.com, briefly summarized below.

The return procedure can be activated by following this link and completing the following steps:


  1. In the Email field, enter the email address with which the order was placed.

  2. The system will send a 6-digit verification code to the email address entered.

  3. Enter the 6-digit code sent by email.

  4. Click on the order you wish to return.

  5. Click on "Request Return".

  6. If an order contains multiple products, select the ones you want to return and then click on "Request return".


Within the following 24/48 hours you will receive authorization from our Customer Service.


Once you have obtained the return authorization from us:


  1. Print the label you received by email with the return confirmation.

  2. Contact the carrier.

  3. Deliver the package.

  4. Share the tracking number of the shipment via email: info@carusomenswear.com.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the shipping costs are charged to the customer.


Items must be returned in their original condition, well packed and with the return tag still attached.


Returned items must not have been worn (except for trying on), washed or altered.

Items must be returned with (their) original tag, packaging and other accessories (dustbag and covers, etc.) received in the box. Accessories must be returned in their original packaging which must not be damaged or altered or used as a packing box for shipping.

In the event of a defective or incorrect item following an error attributed to carusomenswear.com, the customer is requested to follow the same return instructions. Furthermore, the customer is requested to attach detailed images demonstrating the defect or error. In these cases, the shipping costs and taxes and duties will be borne by carusomenswear.com.

Returns must be packed in the same box sent by carusomenswear.com, and must have a copy of the invoice inside.

The shipping costs of the items to be returned are charged to the customer.

Any duties and taxes relating to the importation of the box are always charged to the customer.

Returns authorized by carusomenswear.com must be shipped from the same shipping country to which carusomenswear.com sent the package.

carusomenswear.com reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been duly authorized or sent inconsistent with carusomenswear.com's return policy. In these cases, carusomenswear.com may return the box to sender at the original shipping address and no refund will be issued.


REIMBURSEMENT


In the event that the customer requests a refund for the returned items, the credit note will be issued on the same day the package is returned to our warehouse, and only after the quality control of the items.


For orders placed by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next card statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, this time usually takes up to 20 business days.


The refund is made in the same currency as the original order. Any difference in the refunded amount may depend on changes in the currency exchange rate and will not be refunded.
